Tuesday they emailed my husband telling him that as of May 5th it would take 60 days from that date to get an approval

We call a lot. Even have an interview for next week to see a supervisor at one of the centre

Yikes!!! I hope the in person interview helps.

I've seen applicants in October to January been approved... 

Thinking a transfer would have made a difference it only got worse

Yes so frustrating! Our attorney said he will call after the 60 days our RFE was that they didn't receive our marriage and divorce decree but our attorney said it was in the packet and showed me ugh such a brutal process

Unbelievable!

Your priority date is 9/13 and you received an RFE despite having an attorney!

You could have gotten an RFE without hiring an attorney! Now your attorney says that he will call after 60 days!

I think that you need to fire that attorney and take matters into your own hands.
