So Nebraska is now the most slowest center of all.  I don't know what I did in my life that God put my petition in Nebraska. All centers are already processing September and October petitions when Nebraska is still dealing with "August 4, 2016" according to USCIS website. They're all lazy idiоts there.

It is a long and difficult wait at Nebraska. They should be starting on September before March is over. Just hang in there.

My PD is 09/12/2016. I was hoping that by March 12 I will be approved, hitting 6 months mark. But no, those clowns did not even start September yet, nor they transferred all workload to Texas or California who are much faster. Fuсk Nebraska.

Not really.. my in laws had their applications approved on Feb 28th.. much to our surprise!! Their pd was oct 10th 2016!! At Nebraska ...

We had to wait almost 7 months for our approval at Nebraska. The average was 5 months when we started, now they are at 7+ months.

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

When I checked the USCIS back in December 2016, it said that as of 11/30/2016 Nebraska was processing cases for July 2, 2016. As of 12/31/2016, it said that they were processing for August 2, 2016. Now, the USCIS website says that as of 1/31/2017, they are processing August 9, 2016.

 

That means in one month they have only gotten to the next week for cases! Nebraska needs to start transferring cases to other locations inorder to get a better and fair balance amongst the locations.

Nebraska is at August 26th at this time. i was transferred last month from Nebraska to Potomac

So about 6 weeks later, Nebraska still has not reached September yet. 

It looks like it's taking about 7-8 weeks just to complete applications for a particular month.

Hopefully, it will speed up as more cases get transferred to other locations.
