At the bottom of your iPhone screen on case tracker you go to search and type in case number changing case numbers around and since you filed in August maybe u should start with numbers LIN17901 and then place other 5 numbers after those. I’m not sure how you can search a specific month, so if someone else knows then hope they can assist you. 

Android phones can track cases near you but iPhone does not give that option.

@Caterpillar8  I was using the case LIN1790365634 as a placeholder. It's a Feb 1 case. If you adjust anything after the 0, it will give you later cases.  For example, if you change the 03 to a 04 it drops you ~ March 15 cases

Hey all,

My husband called teir 2 officer and this is what we got so far.

 

-if the pd date passed. It shouldn't be long til we hear approval/rfe/or sent to nvc

- once they start reviewing the petition it can take 3-5 days to review (depends on all the things they need to check, and how fast the officer assaigned is, example, some officers get 2 a day approved and  some get 5 )

- we asked why some pd dates after us are getting approved? and they said  they have about 120-128 officers working on all the petitions, each agent is given a stack of petitions,  so approval on  pd dates wont go in order and that's why approvals are all over the place.

 

Let's try to to be patient. I know some of us have waited longer than others and and it truly is heartbreaking, but all you we can do is keep focus, and keep busy in the mean time.

 In the end we have eternity of happiness waiting for us

They just closed our I-129F 

so we are hopping the approval of the I-130 will follow soon

Not sure how true all you were told is. My patience is running out but the wait for my hubby can never end as he’s my heart, so I’m trying to do my best at staying busy working. 

I truly should be next since I’m waiting since Nov 30, 2016

Nebraska just approved a case with NOA1 date of Feb 21 from Nigeria.

Yep Nebraska does as they please 

cant believe a Feb gets approved. They are 3 months filing after me. Was it married couple or the girlfriend/boyfriend?

Was a little confused. The teir2 officer also noted that they have 2 pd dates for us. Jan 12 and 17. He said it could be because we sent one via online and one via mail and that they will only send us one reciept ( we got jan 12)

Going to talk about it with our lawyer tomorrow.

A tier 2 also said that to me but I ignored him because on my app it says my case was received by Nebraska Nov 30 but tier 2 quoted Dec 6 so I have no idea what he’s talking about. 

I did notice that when I sign in to my Uscis acct it says case Number updated and says a different date then the Nov 30, 216

I see, we filed through a lawyer, not getting any messages directly from USCIS. Is there any other way to sign up for text/email updates?

Hmm, what do they say when u call them? Do they say your petition is pending?
