You would have thought that the increase in the fees would go towards adding more people to work on the cases or to whatever improvements it would take to make the process faster.  More disheartening is seeing cases looked into almost a year after submission, then being asked for an RFE.

There has to be a more systematic way of doing this, like assigning cases in chronological order and putting a cap on the number of days that an officer will work on a case (exceptions : delay in reverting with the RFEs).  That way, whatever disparity in the approvals will be minimal rather than seeing 90 day old cases being approved ahead of the 300 days in waiting.

Same here bro nov28th What annoying process and time were goin through  my goshhhhhhhh

Yes we can sit back and see what improvements need made as we are the ones here full of stress, crying and feeling hopeless because all this delay is happening to us, not them so they really don't care.

I wish all of us going through this painful process could have just 10 mins to tell them what this is doing to all of us. Wish I even had 5 mins to tell them... Very painful ...

Sundee, let´s look at the glass half full instead of that.

For example, RFE means that, at least the case reached finally the top of queue, and with this thunderstorms that we are watching of the times and delays etc, is a good thing at least, know that the case ws finally reviewed! So next thing is the longing NOA2 !!!!!

They are reviewing dates really close to you, and @mohamad charif and many other that I know, close, really close your are going to recieve notice from them...

I am so sorry we're still waiting. It's beyond disheartening.

truth is, we are just numbers to them. We are thousands upon thousands of files and there are no feelings involved, to them at least.

For us, it's our lives. Every day that passes we just want to be with our loved ones and we get to see our timelines moving further away...

Stay strong. I know we can get through this.
