Jhonny it's in the mail, I should received it today cuz I signed up for informed delivery.. I got email this morning that something is in the mail from uscis should arrive today..will give u guys update if I get home.. but I am sure the RFE is for the beneficiary passport biometric page.. I did not include it . read on uscis website yesterday that it's one of the requirements for parents. I made a copy of it today n also i ve another 2x2 passport size picture ready.. just in case..☹️

SO HOW U GET TO KNOW ALL THIS? HOW U SIGN UP FOR IT? I MEAN YEAH I SIGN UP BUT HOW DO I GET AN UPDATE LIKE THAT? CAN I ADD MORE THEN ONE ADDRESS? TO GET THAT KIND OF ALERT?

They wanted us to send a photo passport pictures of my husband and I and send I-485.

Well you are at stage between NOA1 and approval NOA2, every case is different!!! It's suposed to be like benefitiary passports photos are not required!!!  That's why I included mine and my wife in the I-130 assembled package, just in case! But your passport photos were required at this stage!!! That is in every post of i130 in here!

Well try to reply them ASAP and send them the things that they required you.

Hi guys, I got the RFE letter today... my guess was wrong! Letter reads, The birth certificate submitted on  behalf of so n so shows that the birth was registered on July 10, 2008, +|_ 18yrs after the actual event occurred. The documents submitted as evidence reliability and weight, alone, upon which to grant a visa petition. Therefore u most submit additional documentary evidence.

Submit the oldest available evidence that established that so n so is the mother of bookman..

this evidence may include, but not limited to

Religious documents, early sch records, medical records, census record..

if not of the above secondary evidence is available, u must first establish that such evidence is not available.. after doing so, tertiary evidence, such as affidavits, may be submitted.

instructions for DNA testing..

submission of DNA is voluntary..

guys I need ur input..
