and the weird thing is, I received the letter in the mail first, then Today morning I received the notification through uscis app. My meant to say the online USCIS system  is not reliable

Really, wow, amazing, well, tell me something, what app are you using, is for Android or Ios, is reliable?

Yes, it's true. According to me Uscis app or case tracker both are good to track cases. Both apps have no issues, the issue is with USCIS system if they don't update then the app can't catch the update. ( ios version) . case tracker has also an option to track next 500 cases ( ios version /out of 500 not possible all the cases are I 130 ).

They do the same of self check in at USCIS Official website?

In that case, would you recommend me one? there are many!

They get their info directly from USCIS, sharing information I don't know, but you don't enter any personal information just your LIN

Well, Case Tracker is only avaiable for (Ios Universe) I will try another one named USCIS Case Status avaiable on Android and see how good it is, on Play Store has an 4.6 wich is really good, and the comments about it doesn't seems to be a bad app...It shows similar process, etc...

They're whole system is `insert favorite expletive` that's why things take so long in the first place, they were supposed to be all digital by now.

This particular is what worries me... That they share any kind of info of the case, because only asks the LIN #, but with that , granted access to the data!

And by the way... USCIS app doesn't appear like that, it shows me:

USCIS Case Status (With a Shield logo), USCIS 2017, Estatus de su Caso (In spanish), another 

USCIS Case Status (but this time with an entire Map of U.S filled with the flag)? Is any of this?

Or can you d¿send me a direct link of what you are using it?

If u have a iPhone it USCIS APP that u search for in Apple Store. It's a picture of American flag produced by spinach mobile.

Another good app is called case tracker. It's a American flag with a eagle in the center and it's produced by Stephen Aldous
