I just check all cases close to me i only found 1 that hasn't been approved yet with 43 thr last digit

Wow I'm still way off from those last 2 digits. Although I realize that not all apply for spouses, so still praying for happy happy for all of us... I really believe we should have a huge reunion with everyone who waits. Wouldn't that be something. After my husband arrives maybe I will look 👀 into this...

Hi Cindy1215,

My lawyer filed 1-130 Nov 30, 2016 & then he filed 1-129f K3 Dec 16, 2016 so we are very close.. Mohamad charif filed 1-130 only Nov 28, 2016 like you did but only difference he didn't file k3

I used the app case tracker so who knows what's correct and what isn't.. lol

The real issue is we're still waiting😡

I checked only after my case using only last 2 numbers..

Stephanie918,

if you have the USCIS APP on your phone you can input your case/cases then after you've done that, then at top of that app where it says type or scan case, just put your LIN number there changing the last number and that's how u see others after u who have been approved, etc. Your just changing numbers around. If your last 2 numbers end with for example 78 then type your full LIN number and change the last 2 numbers to 79 then 80 and keep doing that...

Hi Sundee,

That's a good tip. Thanks. I did it with mine and even cases after me were approved or worked on and my PD is Jan 11. It's horrible that there's still so many of you in Nov who are waiting. I guess it will be a good while for me.

Yes our Nov filers including me are waiting. Pray when uscis web site updates next month that our cases from Nov will get approved if not sooner. I'm a wishful believer.

So this morning when I woke up I had a bunch of text messages from an unknown number.

APPROVED!!!!!

I had 5 text messages total from 2 different numbers so I thought it was an error because that's happened to people once before, so I logged into the USCIS systems.

APPROVED!!!!

It was approved on Aug 21st, and I received text messages and email today

I'm signed up for informed delivery and I have mail coming today but they weren't able to scan it, I'm wondering if thats the notice.....

Well there's still a few weeks before things actually get rolling with this 2nd phase.

8 months total

If everything is on track from this point, we should be approved before Christmas, although I here its hard to get an appointment in Juarez.

Still LOTS of December people before me, I was the only approved case when I searched near by, all the other applicants were from Dec 13th I believe, that's when my case was received by them but my PD is a week later.

Best of luck to the rest of you, guess I'll start checking out the NVC thread too.

Hallelujah! Yay, so happy to hear! Hopefully, I won't be too far behind. I'm in January. Do you think that I'll see the approval and case number on the USCIS website before in the mail? Is it worth starting to check? Good luck!

It varies, with my NOA1 I only got email, I then signed up an account on the USCIS site and reset my notification settings.

I then got email and text 2 days before the hard copy notice, both of those came days after the actual approval.

My best guess for January is still a few weeks away.

I wouldn't check too often yet, you'll go crazy.
