From the November list I've been tracking, which is mostly Nov 29th cases, the list is getting smaller.

They are processing mid December cases as we know, the ones I tracked were all Dec 13th (mine was a week later)

I did see 2 cases with updates from the 25th that said

'Notice explaining USCIS actions was mailed'

We mailed you a notice informing you of the action we intend to take on your case.

Please follow the instructions in the notice and in the notice and submit any requested materials.

This isn't an RFE because there's another case that has an RFE earlier in the week.

I wonder if that means they intend to reject it.

You're tracking Nebraska to? Nothing from them regarding 1-130 from Nov 30th? OR 1-129f for Dec 16?

Im wondering if those of us or our lawyers filed for K/3 will get letters stating they changed our cases like sending out notices of the changes.. Makes me wonder as end of Nov cases are being overlooked...

I had only been tracking 2 numbers, mine and and earlier one from November so I could see what the activity was, and was surprised when I got approved cause it seemed there was so much still left before me.

I'm still checking here and there just to do my fair share and help out as I've gotten help here.

I just did a case inquiry for the out of the normal processing time and it immediately says I'm within the time line processing time frame. PD time Nov 30 but I see others past that date getting responses. How is this fair??

It doesn't mean they'll get the answer they want, its probably more usual that it ends up not being beneficial, or by the time you get an answer your case is being processed anyway, so I wouldn't get too distraught about it.
