Im November 28th at Nebraska 271 days its just madness i saw alot of December approved already.. theres a funny thing here i didnt see November 28th approval recently or maybe month ago but all i saw is nov 22 23 29 30 very interesting

hmmmm maybe now they are getting to left over November filers , 

2 November 10 cases from the list of cases i am tracking got Approved yesterday 

hopefully now they'll finally finish Novembers , I am praying for all you guys

I'm also right there with you. Nov 30, 2016 1-130 & K/3 ( Nebraska) and there's no new approvals.  I called and was told to wait until updated on uscis website Sept 15 then should have case worked on. Many others past our date is being worked on which is bs but we can't do a thing abt it.

Got notifications on my USCIS App this morning

2 cases from December 8th &12th  were approved

 

One case from January 24th 2017 (philapines) was approved said that the file was reopened and now its approved.

Hi guys,  I need ur input please. I think i might get hit with RFE. Question 13 on the I-130 asked, has ur relative ever been in the US? I mistakenly  answer yes.. but the correct answer is No. I wrote a letter to NSC two weeks ago concerning the mistake but since then I have not gotten any update on my case.. do u think this could cause RFE?

11/25/2016 here, I put in an inquiry on 08/12/17 and  it stated I should hear something by 09/03/17. When I check online for case status update it said that the inquiry was still waiting to be processed on 08/12/17. What happens if we don't hear anything for the inquiry????? Ugh...I don't want to call and be told to be patient......
