The dates have been updated on USCIS website today.  Nebraska remained the same, but Texas is now showing processing as of October 1st, 2016 instead of May 2017 from the last update.

Interesting. Hope that means they were given some of Nebraska's files.

They post updates when they're transferring cases, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was way after the fact like the processing times.

Remember they do more than just I-130 so while they're transferring it might not be us.

To you, maybe.  But what Trumps election represented was the complete unknown, particularly with regard to immigration policy and his rhetoric surrounding that.  Look at the unintended consequences of Obama's stance on the dreamers - it increased processing times for spouse visas significantly.

Hi....

My husband filed I-130 for me in March 2017 and our PD is 3/6/2017. As proof of relationship we just kept our marriage certificate one that was registered in the government office and one from church. Now i have a doubt whether that is enough as evidence......will we get a RFE?? already the approval is taking a hell lot of time and on top of that RFE means its gonna be really hell.....

yes that is the evidence we have submitted with i-130 form. we got married in Jan'17

Oh boy! Let's hope you wont get RFE. Considering you got married Jan '17 and that is the evidence you only submitted.

I would suggest you prepare other evidence like pictures of both of you, or anything that will prove bonafide marriage, just in case you get RFE, at least you have it all prepared. But don't worry too much. Since you already submitted for I-130, just wait for the result, it might be good news as well :D

Oh man hope I don't get any red flags lol ,  My Arranged marriage was fixed on January 16th or so and we married on Febraury 3rd lol ,   only knew each other for 4 weeks before marriage and out of those 4 weeks , we only met in person for 2 weeks since I traveled to India on 22nd Jan.

I did provide lots and lots of proofs lol ,

Photos from wedding album , 2 marriage bona fide from relatives ,  printed 40 pics of us showing marriage rituals + our trips to Singapore and Bali  ,  etc  , and  of course marriage cert.

basically i loaded up with proofs lol
