Several people in India (F4) received Interview Letters, April Bulletin for F4 India moves 3 weeks.  But there's still no information in Worldwide F4 yet.

Yes my neices got Approved for CSPA.i paid fees and filled Ds-260..when i called Nvc there visa was current ..They Reviewed in 2 Days and sent me an invoice ..I Sent civil documents and financial documents ..now waiting for interview letter..they are in Pakistan..F4-.priority Date. april-20-2004..

Ooh our family members are F4 India the parents already got their interview letter but nothing for their son. When we called the NVC they said the embassy will review if the kid is  eligible for visa at the time of parents interview.

Did u sent the Letter to Nvc with Documents?if u didnt ..thats y he us not added..take him wid embassy ..probably they review there in india

No we didn't.  This is what happened the person who filed for them didn't know about CSPA so he  completed everything for the parents but the pd was not current.  we called NVC they told us to call back once the PD current but they send parents interview letter before the pd was current so when we called nvc they said they can't do anything now it will be review at the embassy at parents interview time.  

Hopefully they will give visa at the same time.. thanks again

I'm seeing predictions around stating that F4 worldwide will move to May 3I, or June 1. I'm hoping that it turns out to be true. My PD is Sept 2004, I'm tired of waiting!

Hope it will turn out to be correct. For some reason they have not opened case past July 1 2004 for a long time now. Hope they opens up the cases past that date this time. As per my understanding previously when they did not have the second chart in circulation, people used to get welcome letter like 6 months in advance to get their cases completed. I am sure their internal protocol for timings are somethings similar to that. That indicates slow forward movement. Hope I am wrong. This wait has been very frustrating - wish they could provide bit more transparency here.

There has been no movement in the 2nd chart for all categories and as a result I would hate to believe that the problem is with all categories. I'm expecting the bulletin to be release tomorrow, so let's hope for the best.
