you better contact NVC and asked what is happening as it's been outside normal processing time. 

 

After you pay all required fees and it's been cleared out (normally takes 3-5 days) then you can submit all you docs.

Probably the best year in recent history in terms for movement. Anybody expecting retrogression coming or there is low demand? History and data is suggesting low demand from mid 2007 till start of 2012.

looking at the current trend, I guess it's very unlikely for F4 category to retrogress at least until next year

Mostly in several annual USCIS reports its mentioned that there was low demand in those years without giving any number as it helped them reduce the pending backlog petitions in those years. 2 factors are also mentioned as reasons for low demand; 2007 3rd quarter application fee increase and recession in 2008.

Hi All,

Our case (F4) just got completed after being stuck at NVC for a long time.

 

How long does it take to receive the interview call for Islamabad? How much time do you have between interview invite mail and actual interview?

 

 Case is current on both visa bulletin tables for several months now.
