Hi everyone, I needed some help regarding my mother's f4 case. Im the derivative beneficiary. Im from Pakistan. My priority date is 18 dec 2004 the approval date is july 2009. I got the email from NVC in the month of april 2018 which allowed me to pay my fees and submit my documents i became documentarily qualified 3 weeks ago. My questions are:

Yes, you will be protected under cspa! I am 26 years old and I obtained my visa together with my family in category F4 under CSPA! Do not worry!

Hello everyone. I had interview yesterday, the person taking interview said everything is fine but we need to send some documents electronically. They kept our passports. My first question is how and where should I send these documents? And when I check my case status it shows rejected. I am confused because at counter I was told that we are good and she congratulated us so what does that means. Kindly respond

Amablemente responde

Regards! I need more details, what category they are and if you are a derivative! in the usual way when they stay with your passport is because they will approve the visa

On Sep 13 my sister had F4 visa interview at Islamabad embassy after her interview visa officer gave her white slip and requested to upload a joint sponsor's affidavit of support on CEAC website. Since then I am wondering how to upload AOS because there is no any option to add joint sponsor on CEAC website. I sent them an email but no answer yet. They also kept her passport and visa officer told her everything looks fine you just need to get AOS and upload it online.

At CEAC website where you uploaded civil documents, there is option for submitting additional documents but it is still unclear where to upload joint sponsor documents , can anyone help with this?
