Don't worry. She qualifies CSPA and is eligible for visa.

Yes i am from india

I don’t know the approval date? Where i can find it,?

The approval date is the date noted in an the approval notice letter from USCIS.

You can ask the NVC or calculate the date by using the number in case number.

The calculation using the case number is an estimate only, not exactly.

Currently, the child is under 21 years old, that's why NVC allow her to pay the fees.

However, she will be 21 in December 2018.

According to the slowly movement of F4 in India, it is hard to know if the child is still eligible for CSPA at the time PD is current, if we do not know the approval date.

Do you mean USCIS case number or NVC case number?

USCIS Receipt number is created by the time USCIS receive your I-130.

NVC Case number is created by the time NVC got your case from USCIS after approval.

The case number has a format ABCYYYYxxxxxx in which YYYY is year number, so we can guess the year your case approved.
