Had my interview yesterday. F4 - row- cspa, short and easy. Got approved (PD Aug 28, 2004)

 

USCIS

Priority Date: August 28th, 2004

(August)08/20/2004 I-130 Fedex to Vermont

(September)09/01/2004 NOA1 (Received)

(November)10/16/2009 NOA2 (Approved)

 

NVC

(November)10/19/2009 NVC case number assigned

(May) 05/11/2017 Case opened for further processing

(May) 05/11/2017 DS261 Submitted

(May) 05/21/2017 DS260s Submitted for All three aplicants

(Feb) 02/17/2018 Case Completed

(March) 03/06/2018 Visa Interview Scheduled at US Embassy Skopje

(April) 04/17/2018 Visa Interview -- APPROVED

Just had my interview yesterday and everything went good and at the end of the interview CO told us the magical words your visa has been approved. Finally after a long long wait thank god.

Assuming that your niece was interviewed along with your sister, there is no need to worry about it.  Her age is locked when the your sister's case became current/interviewed.   CSPA is auto

Hello. My question is that I have submitted visa application online and the civil documents section is open now. There is a list of documents NVC require, one of them is photographs so could anyone please let me know how many pictures and in what size I need to upload?? Thanks

Hello, my case was applied in July 2004.Yesterday,my uncle got a letter and he said that your case is opened. Now how much time do you think it will take to get visa? And another question, i have read in this discussion that a case of August 2004 have had their interview? Our case is of july and we just got a letter?

Hey, yes it was me who hag August 2004 Interview. I’m from Macedonia and fall for Rest of World priority dates. I’m assuming you’re from India?

Well for India, in june the current date is March 2004. I’d say there should be a visa available for you in the next 6-9 months.
