The article is not clear.  Is it talking about I-130 application that used to take many many years to get approved from USCIS.  Now it takes less than 90 days to get I-130 approved provided the application satisfies all required documentation.

 

Bulk of the problem (waiting) time is still under NVC processing.  My siblings are waiting under NVC for almost 6 years now.

 

The author of the article didn't provide any reference from NVC or the Home land websites.  Wait times will not decrease unless more Visas are allocated to this category by concerned authorities.  Let's see.

My priority date is 4 October,2004(India). My concerns are-

1.if Trump is eliminating f4 category?

2.when will my priority date become current?

Atleast 2 years waiting time still left. Right now they are processing July 2003 for India if I am not wrong

I don't think it is that easy to eliminate a category all of a sudden.I mean there are many waiting in line for over a decade to get their visas in this category.It would be a harsh step if they do that.

hi .an applicant from NEPAL  has just got an interview letter. her p.d 2004 march 22nd .the appointment is on APR 5th 2017.

I want to ask that how much time earlier from priority date we hear from NVC?. I Mean my PD is Dec 2004 and I haven't heard anything from NVC yet.

If that's true the visa bulletin prediction is wrong.  1 month movement is very good news. Hope the second chart moves as well.
