You are CSPA Eligible.  You should see your name in CEAC website after login.  If you don't you can call NVC at 1-603-334-0700.

Has your mother received interview letter yet?

How to login ceac there is no option to login and my name was mentioned in the IV fees invoice and DS 260 nope my mother didn't recived interview letter, is there anything i need to do for CSPA or it applies automatically.

https://ceac.state.gov/IV/Login.aspx

login information is in the Welcome Letter your Mother or your sponsor must have received.  Use that information to login, pay your/mother's IV fees and fill out DS-260 form for family members including yourself.  I am not sure if your mother has filled her DS-260?  Anyway, locate your welcome letter for login information or call NVC for the login information.

When you call NVC, they will ask case number, your petitioner name, your mother's name and  DOB and before they can speak with you on this matter.

No, you are OK.  No need to do anything.

Your case is already complete as you mentioned, did you receive any correspondence from NVC that your case is complete?, if that is the case then just wait for the interview letter.

I am confused, if your case is already complete then why are you asking CSPA eligibility question in 2 different threads in this forum.

You are already in the Queue for interview, call NVC now to see if you are scheduled for interview in September.

Hello everyone, i just checked September 2017 visa bulletin and found out the processing date is wrong, instead of 1 January 2005 it says  1 January 2002.

It is not a mistake, it is retrogression again.  In the bottom of Visa Bulletin, you can see the following;

Family Fourth Preference (F4):  Worldwide, China, El Salvador, Guatemala, India, and Honduras:  The continued high level of demand for F4 preference numbers has required the retrogression of the final action date for the month of September.  This action has been taken in an attempt to hold number use within the Worldwide F4 annual limit.  When the final action dates for these countries are announced for October, the first month of fiscal year 2018, they will be returned to the final action dates which had been established for August.

Only F4 - Philippines moved 7 weeks, Mexico remained same.  Rest of them retrogressed.

Previously my priority date (April 2004) was current now the retrogression happend will it take time to my priority date become current?

II think the above statement means that Current Dates will be back to Normal in the Next Visa Bulletin that will come out a month from now.

Correct me if I am wrong.
