What will be the impact of RAISE act on F4 category. Will it reimburse existing applicant and eliminate? How much possibilities to pass in Senate ?

Existing application cannot be eliminated.  However, they will most likely stop taking F4 applications at some point in future.

Why do you think they are not able to eliminate existing applicant. What is the logic and support behind your guess .

Immigration Reform has been in discussion for more than a decade now.  F4 issue has been discussed in great length in last 2 proposed bills (During Bush Junior and Obama era).

Those of those bills said to NOT eliminate existing F4 Applicants.  We have yet to see the details of Trump's proposed Bill.

Immigration Reform Bills is long discussion, and this is just a Fresh Start for now....

Just wait and see.

Very soon Immigration Law Firms in US will come out with simplified version of the Bill for common people (affected parties) to understand it better.

There will be a lot of debate and/or discussions in both chambers.

In the meantime, just relax.

Thanks for your reply. Actually my pd have been current since long time ago, i got multiple checklist thats why it took time for the case to be completed.

The children are 30, 28 and 23 years old and unmarried. After requesting nvc to apply cspa, only the youngest one got invoice and ds 260 opened for him. The other 2 children name is in the ceac website but inftont of their names written : not applicable, not available.

If you case is pd current an you have received the email your case is completed, you should definitely call NVC  to see what they say.

I would say yes,  make an account in visa appointment site and see if it will allow you to schedule an interview.

Best of luck! !!!

In site they dont ask anything , there will be only one question " is nvc already schedule interview?" and if you say yes it will allow you to schedule interview date but if you dont have letter from NVC , entry in consulate will not be allowed.

You are CSPA Eligible.  You should see your name in CEAC website after login.  If you don't you can call NVC at 1-603-334-0700.

Has your mother received interview letter yet?
