Until I know SSI is not counted towards sponsor income so It can not be used to determine poverty guidelines

But I suggest you must put SSI statement in the Finance Documents of Sponsor.

It I think ss disability benefits are consider as income but these are their retirement benefits from ss .

I don't know it that make any difference.

Monthly income can be treated as income but not retirement as its not income which your sponsor will be getting every month "now".

Question?? I m getting ready to send the AOS to NVC. It for cousin and his family so total 4 members.  And my uncle filled I-864 and using his wife's and his daughter's income (filling I-864a by both). My questions is .... do I need to send 1 copy for each member for example Copy of my uncle's I-864 and his wife's I-864a and his daughter's I-864a .

Its require only one...but personally I would suggest copies for all members.

Arrange the paper according to document cover sheet n put copy for all members

I had sent copies for all my members....

Do you mean to say that you sent 1 copy for each family member of the applicant as a precaution.  Or did this per advise from the NVC?

I sent only ONE signed I-864 for my sister and her entire family.  They received the package on May 28th.  Let's hope for the best.

It has to be filed within 30 upon entering US.  Required only for Boys/Men between 18 to 25 years of age at the time of entry.

This seems to me from reading the NVC, webpage.

That's the accurate registration.  We gad to click to a link before we were able to submit my nephew's DS-260. That link open up the for selective service acknowledgement. I just want to know does that means we have to send that in with rest of the supporting documents? This is what it say on the bottom on the form

"This form should be printed on the reverse side in the vernacular of the country from which the alien is leaving.  Place the original in alien's INS file. Give a copy to Alien"

Seems like this is a institutions for the interview officer. Correct?

Until I know, visa officer will ask at interview to person who is between that age whether he know about this form and VO will ask him to sign at the time of interview.

Hey all,

I sent all the required documents to NVC via USPS, and i mailed them with tracking, and the documents were delivered on Friday, July 7th. How long do you think until they review the case?

If I call them, do you think they'll know whether they got my documents or not?

Thanks!

I would say definitely give them  at least 3 to 4 week before calling them. I just mailed my cousin's on Friday it will be delivered on Monday.  I will post the update here.  BTW may I ask you is your PD current?  Is it f3 or f4?
