Relax!

Here is the snapshot of my fee payments.  You can see that AOS-Fees was cleared within few days and so is IV fees.

Wonderful! That was quick. Are you done submitting all of the docs? Has your case been completed at NVC?

No, I am waiting for Civil Documents from my sister's family.  Once I receive those I will complete the application based on official documents/passports.

I spoke with NVC and 3 different representatives said the same thing.  NVC will use Passports to verify Name spelling and DOB.  That is why I am waiting for passports.

Yes, there is an option to pay AOS fees and also IV Application Processing Fees. Also, they have instructed to first pay AOS fees.

So. did you first pay the AOS fees and then filled out the DS261 form?

1. I was able to fill COA and pay              AOS fees

2.  Paid IV fees (3days later).

COA first, then paid AOS fee.

I still don't have the option to fill out the  COA but paid both the fees. Hope there would not be any problem.

It would be Italy since the passport was issued in Italy.

And yes we are aware of PCC requirements.  I do have another question can the sponsor use their social security benefits (retirement benefits) as their income?

Until I know SSI is not counted towards sponsor income so It can not be used to determine poverty guidelines

But I suggest you must put SSI statement in the Finance Documents of Sponsor.
