Updates as per the conversation with Charles Oppenheim:

FB-4 Worldwide: This category will continue to advance given that many applicants have not responded to the NVC’s “Agent of Choice” letters. It is estimated that only about 40% of FB-4 beneficiaries have responded to these letters by the deadline, and only 15% of those who responded provided satisfactory information for scheduling of an interview. Applicants must be careful to respond in a timely manner, in order to be scheduled for an interview without delay.

June 12 and still can't login and haven't received the WL. Anyone got a hold of NVC lately?? As per the NVC our case is now open and we will be able to login and welcome letter will be sent as soon as their IT team updates the system. Been over 2 weeks since we were told that and still nothing. Very disappointing!!

Yes these predictions are absolutely worthless. There are times they moved back the PD final action date for two years and took another 4 years or so to get to where it was before. Not too long ago the waiting time came down to 8 years.  Now 13+ .. god knows how long it will get.

God bless to everyone riding on this ridiculous journey.

Hey guys,

I paid IV Fees on June 6th -- and they still show IN PROCESS -- the money was taken out of the bank account that day. Should I be concerned, should I call NVC?

Thanks.

No, need to be concerned.  It can take 7 business days to show up.  It took 10 days to show "PAID" for one of my relative.

Married son is NOT allowed to migrate in F4. So he should not . You should not show wrong things to consulate else he may be banned for any type of visa in future and who knows his parents too.

And as he is not coming in CSPA limits , anyways he will not get visa
