Has anyone recently communicated with NVC via email? How long do they usually take to respond emails?  We have sent an email wondering about welcome letter on May 07, but haven't heard from them yet.

We sent them an email on April 27, and they responded on May 17.

They said that they are ready to start receiving fees etc for our case but ab email will be sent with instructions soon. Today is Friday I have my ID# but can't do anything as yet. My PD is F4 Sept 7

I'm still waiting for my welcome letter. I have my invoice # but cant sign in. Do they send the WL to the applicant or only the petitioner? If they send the WL to the petitioner and it was never received will the applicant be able to sign in?

My PD is Sept 7 is there anyone waiting for wL?

If you provided your email address to NVC, then you'll receive your WL. If email is petitioner's and you have your invoice ID, then you'll be able to sign in and see 1st if your case is open. 1st sign, that they opened it, when you'll see your petitioners name there, then WL you'll get in 1-2 days. Good luck.

May 31 and still can't login. Spoke to NVC - they said the system is due for an update. Once the  updates are in place we will be able to login. However, they didn't mentioned exactly when the updates will be done. Very frustrating!

Hmmm...

NV refused to apply CSPA to my nephews.  I received NVC email that they cannot apply CSPA until the case is current.  Interesting, I guess it depends on who is handling your case!

Hi All,

As mentioned in the CEAC website.  We can find the "Add Applicant"button under case summary page to add additional family member .  But nothing in my page.  Any idea, what can I do / how to add my child before pay the fee?  Thanks!

You need to email to nvc mentioning ur case number, principal applicant name n dob , petitioner name n dob.

Then in email mention that u want to add ur child's name with his / her birth certi with passport xopy.
