Guys, does it matter if we submit Principal Applicant's application before or after his/her kids?

I called NVC today to ask this question, but there wasn't convincing and/or helpful answer.

I will submit Affidavit of support for my siblings soon and there after, I plan to submit their applications.

Thanks...

I am kind of confuse.

Assuming you are taking about F4 for your sibling and their kids. I would say you your primary applicant would be more important.  Your nieces a d nephews can not get visa without their parents application being completed.

Yes, I am talking about F4 - Brother/Sister.  What you said make sense.  Submit AOS from and then submit Principal applicant, and then the applications for spouse and children.

Hi

When you check your case status at the NVC, do you see the kids in the aplicants list ?

Has anyone recently communicated with NVC via email? How long do they usually take to respond emails?  We have sent an email wondering about welcome letter on May 07, but haven't heard from them yet.
