You DO NOT need to wait for welcome letter, if you have NVC invoice/case number, you can login n start !

I do have the NVC INVOICE and CASE number but they have not invoiced as yet. Any idea?

Your your pd or the 2nd chart is current for May than you won't be able to anything by May 1st.

I Tried logging in with case and invoice from nvc but cant access the portal.it says not eligible for further processing at this time.can you explain please

If you are looking at the chart for May. It won't let proceed till may 1st.

is your date current in Second chart ? do you have your NVC Case number and invoice numer ? if yes for both then

 

Login to below and fill your Choice of agent form (99% it will be open)...you dont need to wait for Welcome letter

is your date current in Second chart ? do you have your NVC Case number and invoice numer ? if yes for both then

i gave two different links... I hope you copied given links & opened both of the links

 

In first link there are chances that you may get this message... In second it never gives this message

I have check the second link and it shows the petitioner's name but i can't select anything for fee payment
