I think next Month F3 will have a big huge movement like F4 ( this month). Simply because of section D of April bulletin. As far as I am concerned, F1 will have moved very quickly for a long time. F1 will move fast than F2B ( because Citizens). F2A has waiting time approximately 2 years-it's OK. And finally next month I think that is F3. ?

I dont know why the Visa Bulletin and the Open Case Bulletin (2nd chart) now are very closely. However, some cases have to open before 6 months to be completed and have IL. Who knows it, please explain for us???

Hope this month 2nd Chart will have a big change for our families ??

Ya I also feel that, we have few friends in FB group having pd of 24 aug 2005, they r also waiting for 2nd chart movement, Hopefully 12 to 15 months movement will give lot of relaxation for all who like me waiting for long..... God pl make NVC to move F3 category 2nd chart by at least 12 months and 1st chart by 4 to 8 weeks......

Do you people think that there is only gap of 13 weeks between chart 1 and chart 2. if there is a big jump in chart 1 then it will touch chart 2. so then ????

i am expecting a pause on movement for chart 1 till there is movement on chart 2.

 

What I am expecting only 8-10 weeks movement in total till September 2017.

Maybe this time we are very confused but let pray and whatever happening "God Bless Us" :))
Before we talking about it, let see something I collected:

The waiting time for all categories
F1:     6 years 5 months
F2A:  1 year 9 months
F2B:  6 years 6 months
F3:    11 years 10 months
F4:    12 years 10 moths

Visa Bulletin in April 2017 (movement)
F1: 18 weeks
F2A: 4 weeks
F2B: 4 weeks
F3: 3 weeks
F4: 10 weeks

The distance between 2 charts
F1: 2 months 2 weeks
F2A: 5 months
F2B: 5 months
F3: 3 months 1 weeks
F4: 1 months 3 weeks

In my opinion, the reason why F1 recently has moved very fast is to keep a distance from F2B. No matter how the citizens is prioritizing more than Green Card. Because let give a hind, if F1 will make total 11 years to complete (including time to become a citizen formally), in other case F2b only take about 7 years.
=> I think NVC is making equal for F1.

A little bit about 2nd Chart. Normally, no matter what happening, it takes at least 5-6 months for a case to complete and have interview date. But now 2 charts are very close => Maybe the visa bulletin will stand still for several months until those next cases completed.

About the next Visa Bulletin, I think NVC will give a big jump for F3, to have the same distance with other categories. After that, 2nd chart will move fast.

Finally, Hopefully for F3 in this month. And hope 2nd chart will have a big change :))

Come next week we will start to get an idea of the upcoming movement so lets have faith and keep all fingers cross, however I am wondering if NVC will be making changes to their process re the delay in chart 2...

I think most probably the NVC will finish processing for the batch that has already finished their cases, before pausing in order to give time for the next batch. I hope I'm right

 Immigration visa run by uscis and nvc, and in budget trump has increased size and no of person in  DHS ... So on the contrary overall visa process increases.
