Hi all. Priority for F3 is Feb 2007. I called NVC and got invoice number. Still waiting for welcome letter.

When I try log in using invoice number I get message: Please be advised that the case that you have attempted to access is not eligible for further processing by the National Visa Center at this time. Please contact the National Visa Center if you believe that you have received this message in error.

Any idea?

Hi Feb2007,

Mt nephew's PD is Feb 1st, 2007 and I have had his invoice number for more than a year now. I log in everyday and keep getting this same message. I called NVC at least once per month and they keep saying his date is not current yet. His PD has become current effective today March 1st on the second chart so hope to receive Welcome letter this month.

What day in Feb is your PD.

Good day everyone. My parents and little brother were interviewed on 28th of February and were successful. They plan to travel to USA sometime in April. The consulate said my other brother who  had aged out is still eligible through CSPA and he would have to submit everything by April 3rd 2019. I have started to fill the ds260 but his passport has expired and while we wait for that to be renewed I would like to know what are the steps for him? It's all still confusing. Will he need a Affidavit of support? What fees will he have to pay? And will he have to wait for an interview date?

Hello guyanwondering,

The steps you need to take and you already started to fill out the DS260, ( does that mean you already paid $325) for your brother? Yes, you will need to fill out an AOS for him. If you have not paid $325 yet then you will need to pay it at the US Embassy in Georgetown. You can log on to the site and select an interview date that's available. In addition you will need two passport picture and his medical reports.

Hope this helps.
