Okay, I have a question, my sister received her WL, which includes her daughter who is now 24 years old. Of course at the time of approval she was 12 years old. Has anyone ever experienced this? Should she pay the fees for the child?

hi, u need to see CSPA age, to calculate CSPA (child status protection Act) u need to do calculation.

the calculation is (Approval date of your petition-priority date=answer in years , This answer u minus from the child age, if it is below 21 that child is eligible for the visa . The Consular officer/nvc counts CSPA age when interview date is finalised.. means on the interview date the child has to below 21 yrs of age. if he/she above 21 then they don't consider that child for visa eligible.

Can anyone assist me with understanding the AOS. If the total immigrants = 5 and the household already has 4 persons. How much should the household be earning if it has 9 persons? Also the petitioner must be the first sponsor?

After successful interview,  green card fees of 220$ per person needed to pay from uscis website. Co will give letter showing how to pay green card fees

Done with the interview today. Asked about the relation with petitioner, when they went to US, when was the last time you met, how often do you communicate, what are they doing in the US, what is the phone number.

Just these common questions were asked and at the end the consular said that the case is in AP for a day and two.

The Poverty Guidelines for a Household of 9 = $56,312 (2016), When filling out the I 864 Form ...the Co-Sponsor needs to fill out one and the Petitioner needs to fill out one.

Hope this helps.
