I checked my case and received a summary stating "this case not eligible for further processing by the NVC...." Can anyone say what this means. I am currently awaiting the welcome letter. DP Nov 06.

Hi Hasania, Like Ahmad  ali said, it is normal just wait for further action. 
However, I do recommend that you call the NVC today, you may get some good news, Someone from another group called and they told him to expect WL within the next 8 weeks ( which again is their normal way of saying it's on the way) His PD is  31 October 2006.

Please update us if you do call them.

You can send NVC email with copy of birth certi of yous 7yr old ( passpoert copy alos if u have) with proper email format and they can add it any time

F4 - India - PD - 23rd March 2003


- Received COA 14th May 2015


- Received Visa and reached to US in Feb 2016
