After you receive the Welcome Letter, you need to choose an Agent and then allow 3 weeks for processing before you pay the fees.

Yes, PD 30 June 2006....Interview Date 7 November 2018 ....Country is Guyana.

No, not that I know of....there are some people in another group with PD 26 September 2006 and October 2006, they have not received Welcome Letter yet.

What are the steps from WL to IL,after we pay fees what we have do.supporting papers we have to submit before interview or we have take them at interview.

Looks like your PD is Feb 2007,  one of my Nephew is 1 Feb 2007 as well, the case is not open for processing at this time. The second chart shows processing 8 Jan 2007 so we still have to wait for some more time.
