This cant be true.

approval date is when u recevied letter that uscis sent your file to nvc and u have nvc case number.

u may have receive in around december 2010

As I told you, you should call NVC from July 30 to ask your interview date in September.

Your case was completed in July 11, so you missed the interview in August. That's why NVC cannot tell you about your interview right now.

Because they finished scheduling the interview in August, while the interview in September has not been scheduled.

 

This is the way NVC work for interview schedule:

Every month, NVC picked cases which completed by the date 20 of this month, and then they make a schedule for those cases in the next two month.

The process above apply only to F preferences, while IR, K preferences will get interview letter within 2 weeks from the date completed.

 

For example, if your case was completed before July 20, and your PD is current, then:

- You can call NVC to ask interview letter from July 29 or 30

- You may get the IL from August 1, for the interview in September. 

 

However, we do not know whether F3 will move in September, because NVC notified that they may make an retrogression. That's why you should call them in July 30 to ask if you have an interview.

now only a question is if retrogression not happened,just no movement in f3 category,

chance of visa interview in September??

Even if there is no retrogression in F3, it is not guaranteed that you will have an interview in September.

Because some embassies are so busy that they cannot interview all completed case.

 

However, currently, only some F2B cases have this problem (PD is current but got no interview letter).

I have not yet seen any F3 cases having this issue. So don't worry.

Our case was documentarily qualified on 27 August 2018.

Haven't still received IL.

You should we also call them after 30 July or  on 23 July (coming Monday)

Hi everyone. My father the beneficiary of a f3 visa. I an 24 years old 7 October 1993. Our priority date is 10, June 2006 and approval date is 30 July 2010. According to the CSPA I should be eligible still (as long as the priority date becomes current soon). 

I would like to know how can I get an interview for a visa? How exactly does the CSPA work??

according to cspa calculations you can go if you get visa before 25 years 1 month and 20 days.

at present your age is 24 years 9 months and 19 days.you have roughly around 4 moths of time.

better you write letter and email to national visa center with your birtch certificate,passport and copy of approval letter with cspa calculations,and ask for inclusion of your name and generate iv fee bill for yours and also request for expedite your case so you can go with your parents.

Thank you. I made an error and the priority date is the 10 of July, 2006. So not current as yet. Will the procedure be the same? Thanks
