amdavad20018, Yesterday I received an email from the NVC stating that the I-864 AOS is missing for the Petitioner. This was not included in the package when I sent it in. So, the status on on  case is : NVC is waiting for additional / missing information before the can close the case and send to Georgetown, Guyana.

The Petitioner is my sister and does not earn enough to do the Financial Sponsoring for her son and family, (5 members + her and husband =7) so I am doing the I-864 AOS as a Joint Sponsor ( I live in California, USA), I did not know that she had to complete the I 864 AOS too......

BTW, the aged out child that was  under CSPA  review -no update as yet.

 

Did you submit documents online, I sent everything via postal mail.

Wow Ingrid, Congrats!!!! It did not take long after your case was completed for them to schedule the interview.

If I remember well, PD :4/15/2006?  F3 ....Correct?

Hey .. I'm at the point where my financial sponsor is about to submit his taxes ... that should be done on Monday. ..update to follow. .good luck to everyone. .
