Gowrie. ..how  old is the eldest daughter? Did u calculate her age to c if she has  aged out or not. ?

Hi May 2006, She will be 22 years old in June 2018. I did calculate her CSPA age and if they get an interview this year her CSPA age will be 19 which will make her eligible.

PD =June 30th 2006

Approval date = July 6th 2010

So looks like she may be able to come along with my nephew.

Thanks for asking.

IRS Tax transcript can be retrieve online by creating account. It is very fast and should not take more than 30 minutes to get it. you need certain information to create account. It could validate location/loan/credit information.

Thank you, Jan2006.
I just requested the TAX Transcript on line and it says they will mail it to me within 5 to 10 days.

BTW,  are you in the US already, looks like your PD Jan 2006

Hi may 2006

I’m with family total six people how much the sponsor should have enough income to support?

Thanks in advance

Hi Ahmad,  The guideline May 2006 gave is great, please also take into consideration the number of members in the  sponsor's household too.
I am the Co-Sponsor for my Nephew ( he is a family of 5 members) and the number of members in my household (I am in California) is 4, that's a total of 9 members.

All, I just called the NVC and was informed if you have Federal Income Tax Return plus W-2 for the past 3 years, there is NO need for the Tax Transcript.

I requested it before calling them so if it is here before I am ready to send the package , I will include it.

65000 is good but if you can add one co sponsor with at lest 20000 would be great.... Co sponsor need to file I864a form.

Even petitioner who is on social security amount, need to file i864... If he has property at USA, he can show that also....
