Colored copy of our passports biographic bata page. . Paid $8500 .. I'm happy to help with any info. .hope this helps. .Pd May2006

Thank you so much May2006,

Did you send the Original Birth certificate or photo copies ?  What did you pay $8500 for ? Was that Guyanese $$$ or US $$$$?

I will ask my nephew to go to DHL in GT, Thank you.

About the pcc ...don't they expire within 6 months or has things change in the last 20 years...lol . I remember getting the pcc from Guyana 20 years ago and they said it will expire in 6 months. My prediction is my Nephew PD June 30th 2006 will become current in July in which case the pcc will still be valid.

You don't need to send any original documents to NVC. you may not be able to get it back. You need to take all original to EMBASSY at the time of interview. You better ask petitioner to hold originals and submit only copies.

I sent copies of the following documents, except the I-864 form: cover letter, marriage certificate, biographic passport pages, police certificates, tax returns will send the transcript at a later date, petitioner's biographic passport page, photos, bank receipts showing a relationship between beneficiary and petitioner, I-864 form.

Are the photoes you sent have specific size or something?

Hello Gowrie77,

did you trough the CSPA solution ?

any update or solution to share ?

Amdavad2018,
I received an email from the NVC stating the following: Currently, this case cannot be reviewed for applicability of the Child Status Protection Act (CSPA), as there is no visa number available according to this case's priority date and visa category.
I spoke to some in Guyana and she informed me of her 3 sons who were aged out. At the time when they paid the Visa fees, her 3 sons were excluded from the payments but as soon as she fill in the DS-260 they received an invoice to pay for the 3 sons ( ages 30, 24 and 22).

i read somewhere that NVC did not acknowledged someone's payment. When the person called NVC, it told to send copy paper from bank giving details of transaction made.

I would suggest you just contact your bank, ask them to give you transaction details, scan and send them to NVC. Call NVC and convey that you have sent transaction details to them by email.

Hi,

One quick query. Petitioner applied for F3 in the "name&surname" format. In NVC records DS261 also they asked to apply in "name&surname" format.

Now, applicant now has all documents, inluding passport, in 'Name' only format (no surname), as the applicant changed deails in all her documents.

My question is Will NVC allow this ("name' only format) or they would ask passport "name&surname" format?

That's fantastic .... Sounds good.
