I need some help please.....I logged into www.nvc.state.gov to fill in the Choice of Agent Form, the only requirement was the Case number and the Invice ID number, after I entered that it did not ask me to fill in any form such as DS-260 or anything . Does that look right to you all?

When you log in scroll down then you will see choice of agent to the left hand side, to the right you will see start or start application. Select the link then complete the form.

Thank you so much Ingrid, but when I log in it did ask me to fill out the COA form instead it's giving me the option to pay the AOS fees.

Do you know which site

Thanks May2006, when I log in to nvc.state.gov it takes me to the site you are referring to but it does not allow me to fill in D S-261 rather it's asking me to pay the AOS fees. I will call them on Monday, We have received their WL back in 2011 at that time he decided to add his wife (they were not legally married before this) after that it took an additional 7 years. We had filled out the COA DS-261 in 2011 maybe it's still eligible. I will call them to find out.

The ds261 is the choice of agent. After you must pay AOS fee 120. Then pay IV fee 325. After IV is paid then DS260 will open for you to fill out. It won't open until IV fee is paid.

Ahhh, so Ingrid, let me recap to see if I get it right this time: The DS-261 (COA) is not really a form it's just entering your Case # and Invoice ID #, then you pay the AOS fees $120 ,  after that you pay the IV fee $325 ....After all fees are paid then you fill out  DS-260 which  is a Form. Is this correct?  I was a bit confused as I thought DS-261 is a Form but it's not.

Looking at your snap chat i see that you don't have the DS261 option. Did you select a choice of agent before. Just do what it requires. Pay AOS fee and continue. You should call NVC for clarity on the DS261 section. It should in the order of choice of agent, AOS, IV fee.
