I just realised why your child's name is not added. because at the time of filing the petition the child was not born. ............... hope this is true. Hence they do not have information about this child with them. Correct me if I am wrong.

You are absolutely correct. . I send an email to nvc because I want them to add my 7 year old before I make payments. I was told that in 3rd step I will have the opportunity to add her but I prefer nvc to say so..

After you email them you can also call them to ensure that they received the email. Ask to speak with a tier 2. Just to make sure your child is added.

I was in US 10 years back for 4 years. Do I need to submit police report of US to embassy here during immigrant visa interview? If tes, how to get police report of US from my country?

Anywhere you lived for more than six months. A police certificate is required. I am not sure how you can get it from here without you being physically here but you can google it. If you are able to come here then you can come and look about it. Not sure how it is done.

What was ur age when u left USA? It requires Only if ur age was more than 16.

And you lived there for more than 12 months. I assume that beneficiary  currently not in US .
