i try To open but still I can’t open keep give me wrong case number and invoice number I called NVC they say still early to open . She said your case not fully current my pd March 2006

When agent talks about "current" normally its about Visas and not WL...

Are you sure you have right invoice number? Again its ONLY numbers without alphabets...

I suggest you should hire agent

After submitting documents, NVC will review them and will notify you if everything required was submitted and your case is complete.  Once you receive the case complete letter from NVC, typically one can expect Interview Letter within 3-6 months.  But, there is no hard and fast rule.  I noticed lot of varying timelines for IL on this forum.

My sister's case completed back in the middle of October 2017 F4 category.  Her interview is on April 4th 2018.

Pay the fees quickly.  Once the fees is cleared they will open your Online IV application.  NVC will not review your documents if your online IV application is not complete.

You don't need police certificate for NVC.  Police Certificate is needed at the time of Interview as far as I recall from my sister's example.

NVC will take about 7-10 weeks to respond once they receive your documents.

After your case completed, you will receive interview letter immediately n ONLY after your PD gets passed in chart "A. FINAL ACTION DATES FOR FAMILY-SPONSORED PREFERENCE CASES" in Visa bulletin.  Its not time based its chart base.

You are right but Loads of time NVC do raise pending document for PCC so I would suggest to send PCC alongwith other papers if you dont want to take chance. In my F4 case , NVC raised PCC pending n for my relatives case they didnt who had PD almost same as mine !

Hi all,

this morning i finally received  an email with WL from NVC. My PD is 10 Feb 2016.

I have then selected an agent (myself) on the nvc website and will wait for them to inform me when can I proceed with fee payment etc.

Does anybody know if i will have to pay separate feeses and fill forms for the primary and derivative appliciants?

thanks

hi, by now you must have paid usd 120 as petitioner's fee. After waiting for 3 weeks they will confirm to you then you can make the payment USD325 for each applicant. Hope this is helpful. if you want to talk, my whatsapp is 00918447984019

Hi May 2006, what is the age of your child whose name is not in the list?
