Please note: you do NOT need.WL to start process , if u have caae number n NVC invoice number , u dont need to.wait just login to site n start process if ur case is open.if u dont have case number n the invoice number,  call NVC n get it, even if ur case is future date n get ur email id updated. Physical papers take too long time to come.

I have case number but do not have invoice number. Whom should I talk to to get invoice number? When we called NVC, they said wait for WL...........What to do. Lets talk on Whatsapp. My number is 8447984019. thanks

Normally ,  if you do any email to NVC & if they reply back it will have NVC invoice number by default. Call NVC again & try with different agent , they should give Invoice number.

try every day , it normally opens in batches...no particular dates...

I just logged on the ceac website and put in the case and invoice number and i was able ti pay AOS and complete DS261. Received welcome letter on March 24.

I believe that when ur case is open and nvc is preparing to send out WL if u log in you will be able to proceed. . Before that time you can't login.  I've tried same thing it's not ready for further processing. Pd May2006.  Congratulations Ingrid28 that's the way. Keep us posted

Jay18 congratulations to u. Remind us of ur pd n where u from please. . The instructions are supposed to b in ur WL as to how to proceed.  Take ur time and read it through . Hope this helps. Good luck

Ahmad, I think the WAC number is the receipt number, the case number is the first 3 letters of where your embassy is located eg....I am from Georgetown Guyana so Case # is GEO

Therefore ur case number should begin with CAN  do u have such .
