U dont need WL... just login to NVC site using ur details n u will see COA form if case open.. try that everyday as date is already passed...it gets opened in piece...

No u dont need to wait anything officially..sometimes ur fee option will open immediately...

Call NVC n get ur case number and invoice number which only u need to login to site also get ur email id updated....... do it asap as F3 date is Sep06 in chart

Didn’t let me in it says wrong invoice number and I’m sure the information is correct

I dont think so ...recheck ur case number n the invoice mumber...copy-paste from NVC email

Case # depends on consulate but starts with 3 alphabets .. Invocie numbers r Only numbers ( until i remember 7 digits)

I called NVC today and I double checked for my case number and invoice number and exactly what I have my invoice number start with 5 letters long with 11 numbers
