My PD 23SEP2006

 

I’m hoping they would move the 2nd chart by summer without waiting for 1st chart to go til Sept 1. It gives some hope when the process starts WL etc.

 

with 12.5 years, it should be in Feb-March 2019, and the process must start by Dec this years. Waiting .......

My PD is: 10 Feb 2006 in F3 (Family based)

 

just a couple of quick question for you fellas.

 

1) Am i right in understanding that for April 2018 USICS will be using chart '4B. Dates for filing'? (which has prio date of Sep 2006.)

 

2) If so, what should be happening next? Some kinda Welcome Letter from the US embassy? (If so how long does that normally takes to be issued)?

Yes you can expect the WL soon to follow the 6 steps .. paying fees n so on from the nvc not the embassy. . keep us posted. . Where r u from wh431. ?

I just rcvd reply from nvc.... Hoping to get WL soon.... Pd may 2006.... Call or mail to nvc to get positive revert.....

I am patiently waiting for a respond from nvc. I sent an email Tuesday night. U n I have same priority date so the reply should b the same. Things r moving forward. .

Hello guys i jus called NVC in regards to brother in law case. His PD April 6, 2006. The agent said that his case is now current and we should receive starting instructions 7 weeks from March 7. Just thougt i would share with you guys.

Hi guys I called NVC to see the update of my case and check my address up to date but the officer told me that the case it’s not in the system yet . you have to wait 8 weeks and call NVC back . To be honest I don’t understand what he mean about my case it’s not in the system yet . Can any body with experience explained for me what is that mean ?

Maybe he means it is not open yet for further processing.

Go ahead and call NVC. I beleive the more active you are towards your case will push them to look at it. Just call it won't hurt to.

I called them today and they told they received my paper work and they will send me the documents with in six weeks
