March 2006. Maybe u can try email nvc for an update on ur case .. U r 4 months away from interview date. Even though ur process takes less than that. Won't hurt to try. I'm pleased to know that there r ppl here whose Pd is before mine. I can have an update from u guys.

Agree. If you have the invoice# if you don't call NVC ask for your invoice#. Also if make sure you ask them to add your email address on to your case file.

With invoice# you can check online if your case is ready for process.  I remember  my cousin's i was able to choose Agent  at least  10 days before  I got WL by email.

You can email nvc anytime to get the invoice number. But nothing will appear on the website mentioned in the post above, until they have started the process.

i have PD Sept 2006 and already received invoice number (by emailing nvc) a few months ago.

If your PD is approaching it will be very helpful to obtain invoice number well in advance.

Finally  got my cousin's file completed  after  two checklist  about a document  that wasn't  even  required  for her. I send  the documents last month  by postal mail  and email but evertime  i called to check  the status  they gave me the same answer  you documents  are received  but not reviewed yet. We will get back with. We are hoping  the VB to current in next month  so i send to attorney@stategov on Saturday  and got reply  today the file is completed

So if you know you send everything  that was required  and you PD is about  to current  i would  say keep send emails and ir calling . In my cousins  case  it was NVC fault  not looking  at my cousins  doesn't  hold Indian passport  abd they keep on asking  for PPC that is required  for indian passport. I sent them a notarized  letter explaining  why she is unable  to provide  PCC and copies of her passport. It's was very important to get her file completed before  the VS changes next  month cause  her over 21 son is only cover in CSPA till March.

Pd nov 21, 2005 India

Hopefully  will get interview  letter  next  month.

I believe it can go over 2nd chart date. ..The 2 charts r dealing with completely different stuff... 1st chart is the beginning of one's case n 2nd chart is the final action (interview date) on the case. So yeah move charts I need u to move up to 2006 yr....good luck guys....
