Yes

when filling the AOS - it has a place to enter name of all those who are applying for visa. U need one AOS if all family members sponsored by that AOS.

My cousin  and her Family  is PD is Nov 20, 2005. We were hoping to see the date  change  to Nov 21, 2005. Sadly  she have to wait  for another  month.  I have questions  about  CSPA? . Based  on the CSPA calculator  my cousins  son will be considered  21 till Feb. 19, 2018. Does anybody  know if he het visa  if they get their  interview  letter before  Feb. 19th even if  the interview is scheduled  in March.  All  fees  are paid just. Waiting  to receive case complete email  and interview letter.

I’m not 100% sure, but I think CSPA age finally matters at the time of entry in US. Because thats where the final admissibility is determined. So if the child in question gets visa, then you must make them rush to fly without any delay.

I hope I’m wrong but It appears next month’s moment will be restricted to only 2 weeks because thats where the 2nd chart stands at this point. What you all think?

Res Squash. . I'm thankful for the 2 weeks believe me .. After watching that 2nd chart being stuck up for so long. 2 weeks sounds great to me.

Advice please.  Can I the applicant be the agent for my case. ? I am concerned about when the nvc will ask for something from the petitioner how do I go about that.  With him being in the USA and I in another country. Any advice
