In my opinion, your case will open at the end of this year, maybe earlier ( I think so :))

Hello everyone,

I'm newbie... may a bit early to ask whenever we shall receiving feedback from NVC at the moment with my PD is only 14 Jan 2009...  However I cant stop it! while seeing there may have 10 years wait, 11 year-waits.. 11.5.. someone get 9? - just to looking for information and exp sharing... thus we can somehow guess for an estimation, just wonder if there may any possibility to reduce waiting times for F3 too? (as I do remember seeing somewhere that if the Visa issue to Case rather than to individual person then we may get a ...nitrogen acceleration!)

Quick observation tells the waiting time is now 11.5 year from PD to the day of interview appointment? wonder if there may have any differentiate between country processing or anything else ...who sharing the same Visa Bull cutoff date?

Which PD are getting Welcome letter now? Can you guys let us know? My brother's friend will get his passport back from embassy(F4) and he's saying that his processing ended six months earlier than he had calculated.

Firstly, I just wanted to know when should our family expect the WL

Secondly, I wanted to know will I get the WL as petition was filled by my grandmother and my age is 24 (unmarried) ?

Hello everyone again.

I am still a newbie is this forum.

I have done a lot research on F3.

 

I only am having confusion in CSPA which is as follows:

I have calculated the time petition was pending with USCIS which is 4 years 2 month 14 days

So I ad this in 21 which becomes 25 years 2 months 14 days

So What I understand is that I should get visa number issued before I cross this age 25 years 2 months 14 days

Want to know if I am correct or wrong ?

 

Secondly I want to know when does visa number is issued, it is after WL or CC or IL or till PD is available in Visa Bulletin in Final action date or Filling date ?

 

Please help in this matter so I can plan my future accordingly

I would like to ask you that why Vermont office so slow than others. 

 

My priority date september 2013. They processed september 2012 and show same date on their list for over six months.

 

When I check other offices dates , it all processed about 2016 .

Visa bulletin f3 for May was dec 05. How come june is reversed to jun 05?
