Hi there

 

We had our immigrant visas issued on 2nd Dec 2019, which us due to expire on 2and of june, we wish to travel to US , are we exempt from travel during this  travel ban? 

I called up the US embassy in london a few  times but did not receive a proper response.

My brother recently received his F3 packet.  He got petitioned by our father who is a US citizen. 

 

My brother is married, over 21, and have kids.  All of them are over 21, although their youngest is around 22-23 years of age.

 

Can he bring his wife and kids regardless of age along as derivative beneficiearies.

 

Is only he and his wife can come in?   Meaning, the kids are over 21 and can't come in?   How about if the youngest's adjusted age based on CSPA is Under 21, would that mean the kid can come?
