In medical sputum test is required for my spouse.my question is should other family members can attend visa interview as scheduled by consulate or we all should have to wait for sputum redult it takes 8 weeks.my spouse is dependent applicant and i am the principal applicant.what should i do.me and my children got medical sealed packet.

My nephew received his Interview Letter on Thursday, His Priority Date is Feb 1st, 2007. Country is Guyana.

I have a question  my interview has done and they said Approved and gave approved letter,but now when I checked ceac it is showing AP what does it mean.

Went for our interview on the 10th of October, they asked for add document W2, I submitted on the 11th of October, status was updated to AP on the 15th of October, it was updated to ready on the 18th of October, went back to AP on the 24th of October, was updated to issued on the 28th October ,got a mail for pick up on the 29th , and I collected my family's passport with a sealed package on the 30th of October.

They asked about petitioner and co sponsor that's it and said visa approved and will receive passports in 3-4 business days .interview is on 24 oct and on 28 it is showing AP till now it is AP processing waiting for passport with visa issued. May tommorow we receive good news how much time it takes in AP.

Usually within 2 business days the visa is issued. You will receive an email when your visa is ready.

Oct 2006. Case completed Sept 3.
