Hi, My dad has filed for my married sister. At the time of filing there was no option for email on I-130 form. So I am curious how the WL came in email. My dad had made an account online on USCIS few months ago. If my sister files become current (in couple months). would my dad will be notified in email since he has USCIS account. Please help me understanding. Because the mails get lost in India so email is best option.

Thank you

Your dad has to update his and your sister's email at NVC and get conformation. Then only you will receive by email otherwise they will send by post. USCIS mail is different. Open NVC website and search how to update email.

Pls tell your Dad to call NVC and provide their email I'd , they should be able to update it. When I called them they said now a days they stopped postal mail. But still you need  not to worry . Once your dates  become current you can call them get deatils. What's your PD?

Thank you for your guidance. Do you have phone number to contact NVC? Our PD is July-2008.

September bulletin is out today and it shows interview dates of September 2007, however in the forum the last updated dates were Nov 2006 PD  people got interview date ,if anyone has any updates on interview dates please do let us know.

I an feb 2007 and still no news of interview letter..wonder y they r not giving it in spite of being current since 2 mths

no still waiting for my kids to be added on Ceac website. still showing in review, called nvc yesterday and they said they are working on it and cant give any definite timeline, for timebeing told me to pay fees for me and my wife and fill out ds-261 , which I did today paid the fees and will fill the form once it availabe
