me and my sister both are Canadian citizen I live in Canada and my sister is in usa on TNvisa

as I mentiond I got my welcome letter lase week and it says my interview will be held at montreal, canada

but my sister letter say her interview will be held in india ?  I don't understand why?

Question: What is the Welcome Letter? I got a mail titled "notice of immigrant visa case creation", is that the Welcome letter?

Another question: I'm now trying to obtain AOS documents. They need the Federal income tax return right? Can it be tax return from 2014, 2015, 2016? Or does it have to be the most recent three years(i.e., 2017, 2018, 2019)? Any reply is appreciated

Yes that is the Welcome Letter.  And for the tax return you need 2016, 2017 and 2018.

Is your sisters address changed with NVC?

They might be holding records from the time it was initially filed years ago.

I think you can still call them and ask them to change it.

Hi Guys , can someone please help if Welcome letter received for Oct 2007  F3 India as date become current in DF Chart. ? Also we have lived in UK and US for good number of years do we need PCC  for both countries ?  if yes how can we obtain that and is their any expiry date for those and when to submit it.
