Last April the movement of dates completely stopped for approx 6/7 Months!!! Now that was really frustrating!!!

We are all frustrated but in May 2016 it did move to 1 Dec 04 and from there on, no movement  until new NVC fiscal year start in Oct., have you notice filing dates are also frozen.. just wondering which month will be the cut off for this fiscal year,,, my  guess is April bulletin ,, any other ideas?
