HELP:

USCIS scheduled an appointment for me to have my biometrics taken at the Nevada - Reno Field Office on Monday at 11am, but a State of Emergency has been declared in Reno/Sparks because the city will be under 7ft of water by Monday morning. The office itself may or may not be affected by the flood based on it's location, but it's sure that the roadways will be heavily impacted. I'm trying to determine whether they will be closed, and therefore if they will be re-booking my appointment.

• I live over an hour away from the location (Tahoe City, CA) and travel on the interstate will be unsafe/slowed due to conditions.
• I want to attend the appointment if the location is open, but it may mean risking my safety to be there on time.
• Naturally, if the location IS closed due to flood then I'd rather not risk my safety.

The USCIS Web page for the Nevada-Reno field office says:
***Offices sometimes close because of bad weather or unexpected events. During bad weather, call 775-348-6800 before traveling to make sure we are open.***

I've called them 20 times over the last 3 days and each time it rings once and then goes dead - no one ever answers.

Does anyone have any insight on this situation?
NVC is no help since there are no humans on the line over the weekend.
If they ARE going to be open I'd easily spend the night before in Reno to make sure I can attend the appointment, but dealing with 7ft of water/risk unnecessarily is something I'd also choose to avoid.

I'm hoping someone here has the inside scoop!
