Do you know-ish when you're heading over to the US? :) I'm excited to follow your journey towards your visa interview :)

I hope it will be late April or mid May. What about you? So nice to feel one is not totally alone 😨😨

Awesome! I'm working until June 22nd, so we're hoping I can move over at the beginning of July or something :)

Ah, no hurry then. I have an 8 year old son. Hoping to get him in a school before the summer. ..

Ah right! Yeah I'm not in a hurry yet, but I still want to get at least this medical out of the way as soon as possible!

I know...! Well, my friend has volunteered to go with me. It'll be a fun road trip and a mini holiday for us :) Hopefully I'll go back to Norway with a visa ;)

Do we need the NVC number for the medical?

That's what I'm wondering about too. I sent an email earlier today, and I'll let you know if they answer. I might try calling tomorrow anyway and I'll ask for that! I hope not, it would be good to get that over and done with!

This is what it said in the email I got back in 2017 when I asked some questions. It doesn't say anything about NVC...

"1.      Du MÅ ha intervjudato på ambassaden FØR vi kan sette deg opp til time hos oss og før du kan ta røntgen og blodprøve.
Unntaket er forlovelsesvisum/K1, som skal ha den medisinske undersøkelsen før de får intervjudato."
