Aside from the documents you mentioned, if you changed your name, you would need to submit a copy/copies of legal documents that effected the name change.

To those who are curious what the next steps are after the USCIS approval, here's my NVC timeline (so far):   06/13/17 - I-130 approved 07/20/17 - got my NVC case ID and invoice # over

I haven't read much about concurrent filing since my mom is in the Philippines, so I am not familiar with this process. You may want to check USCIS' website for more information.

I received my receipt on Feb 2nd . I sent the I-130 on Jan 26 th to AZ , they send the case to Texas service center.  So Whats the name for my service ?  What is Potomac ? Which service center has fastest service?

Hi ,  I think I am in the same catagory as you . I filed I-130 on Jan 26 th 2017, received receipt on Feb 2nd . The case has been directed to Texas service center . Is your servcie center Texas too?  How long did it take to get approved?

There seems to be something happening, because some were saying August, November, now everything is July 28.  Maybe everything is on standstill.  You never know now with all the immigration confusion.

Which service center are you? And are you petitioning parents? From where? Sorry I have a lot of questions. It's giving me anxiety with all theses news about Trump's policies on immigration. I filed in January 31. I got receipt notice in the mail February 7. So I'm just waiting. Thanks in advance for reply.
